long will it take to find a nanny? It really varies. Most nannies are looking for placement quickly, but we have made lots of placements months before. It is never too early to start the search. Where do you place Nannies? We place full-time childcare providers throughout the Triangle Area: Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Durham, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest, Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Morrisville. How often do I pay the Placement Fee? ABC Nannies, inc. has a one time Placement Fee for each nanny placed.. We do give discounts for repeat clients. Is the $100.00 Application Fee refundable? In most cases no, but there are exceptions. The application fee is money up front for our time and work. Time is money. This covers phone time, explaining the agency, mailing the family packets and presenting your family to the nannies. The application fee does go toward the final placement fee. How can I keep the nanny for a long long time? Treat the nanny as you would want to be treated as an employee. Remember the Golden Rule! Don't take the nanny for granted. Also treat the nanny as a member of your family. Don't ever volunteer your nanny to keep other children, unless you ask the nanny. Communication is the number one tool in keeping the nanny. What if I select a Nanny and it does not work out? You don't pay the placement fee until after the 30 day trial period and by then you will know if it is a good match. In addition, once your nanny signs the work agreement, the nanny is committing to stay with your family for at least one year.
